HHPCC PDFs

Below are PDF versions of a number of our forms for member and non-members. You will need Adobe Reader to read them.

The forms are "PDF Forms" which allow you to fill out the form on your computer and either print it already filled in (making it much easier for us to read) or submit it by email along with a PayPal payment. This requires version 7 or higher of Adobe Reader. If submitting by email, please note that once you've filled in the form, you need to click the "Email this Form" to generate an email with the form data attached. This will not send the whole form. You do not need to send the whole form.

If you plan to submit your form(s) electronically, be sure to use our PayPal Shopping Cart to pay or mail a check or money order to the address on the form. Forms will not be processed until payment is received.

Brochure: A double sided brochure with basic info about HHPCC. Good for passing out to those with questions at shows.

Membership Application: If you or a friend has decided you'd like to join us, please fill out this for and send it in.

Cat Registration: If you are a member of HHPCC and would like to register your cat to be eligible for titles (ie Supremely Honored Housecat; not required for regional and international annual awards)

Confirmation of Titles: If your cat has earned the needed finals to qualify for a title (ie Honored Housecat or greater)

Rosette Application: If your club is putting on a show and you'd like to present HHPCC Rosettes to your HHP winners.
